Connected Third-Party Platforms

Braineek allows users to connect supported third-party services using each provider's official authorization mechanisms, including OAuth where available.

These integrations are designed to help users prepare, manage, and publish content through a user-controlled workflow.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Braineek to access only the information and permissions you explicitly grant through that provider's authorization process.

Braineek never asks for or stores your social media passwords when OAuth authentication is available.

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective Terms of Service, Community Standards, Developer Policies, and Privacy Policies.

Braineek is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs.
• Platform outages.
• Account restrictions imposed by third parties.
• Changes to platform policies.
• Removal of platform features.
• Suspension of your accounts by third-party providers.

User Content

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploaded files

Braineek does not claim ownership of your content.

To provide the Services, you grant Braineek a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services.

This license automatically terminates when your content is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

• You have obtained any permissions, licenses, or consents required for the content you submit.

• Platform APIs will continue to operate without modification.
• The Services will always be free from bugs or interruptions.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, approving, and deciding whether to use or publish any content created with assistance from the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Braineek, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Account suspensions imposed by external providers.

In jurisdictions where liability cannot be fully excluded, Braineek's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Braineek during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification
