This section explains how AI requests are processed, how user information may be used to improve the platform, and the principles that guide our use of AI technologies.

Braineek may integrate with one or more trusted artificial intelligence providers to deliver AI-assisted features.

The specific AI models or providers used may change over time as we improve the quality, reliability, security, performance, and capabilities of our Services.

How AI Requests Are Processed

When you request AI-generated content, Braineek securely processes your request and sends only the information reasonably necessary to generate the requested response.

• Brand guidelines
• Workspace configuration
• Uploaded reference material when required
• Other information necessary to fulfill your request

Once the response is generated, it is returned to Braineek and presented to you for review.

Braineek is designed around a human-in-the-loop workflow. AI-generated responses are intended to assist users, and all publishing decisions remain under the user's control.

Data Minimization

Braineek follows the principle of data minimization.

Whenever reasonably possible, we aim to send only the information necessary to generate the requested AI response.

We do not intentionally transmit unrelated account information, payment information, passwords, authentication credentials, or other unnecessary data to AI providers.

User Feedback & Continuous Learning

Braineek may provide features that allow users to rate, regenerate, edit, or otherwise provide feedback on AI-generated responses.

We may use this feedback, together with anonymized or aggregated usage signals where appropriate, to:

This process is intended to improve the Braineek platform and user experience.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this does not mean that customer content is used to train general-purpose foundation AI models.

One of Braineek's core capabilities is helping users generate content that becomes increasingly aligned with their brand over time.

Where enabled, Braineek may learn from information that users intentionally provide within their own workspace, such as:

• Writing style
• Tone preferences
• Editorial guidelines
• Preferred terminology
• Content structure
• User-approved examples
• Workspace configuration
• Explicit user feedback

This information is used to personalize AI-assisted responses for that specific workspace or organization.

Unless otherwise stated, brand-specific learning is intended to benefit only the workspace that provided the information and is not used to personalize responses for other customers.

Human Oversight

Artificial intelligence assists users throughout the content creation process but does not replace human judgment.

Users remain responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content
• Verifying factual accuracy
• Editing content where appropriate
• Confirming compliance with applicable laws
• Respecting intellectual property rights

Braineek does not independently publish content or make editorial decisions on behalf of users.

Accuracy & Limitations

Users should independently verify important information before relying on or publishing AI-generated content.

Sensitive Information
